CHEDDAR POTATOES | |
1 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed 1/4 c. butter, melted 1 can cream of chicken soup 5 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 med. onion, grated 1/2 tsp. salt TOPPING: 1/4 c. butter 1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 8" baking dish. Prepare topping, mixing together and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Triple recipe for 9"x13" baking dish. |
