SARA'S SKILLET CHOCOLATE PIE 
2/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 stick butter
1 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in iron skillet. Mix sugar, flour and cocoa in small bowl. Add to skillet, stirring. Add eggs, milk to mixture. Continue stirring. Cook on low heat until thick. Pour into cooked pie shell. When cool add egg white icing and brown in oven or top with Cool Whip.
