SKILLET CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all dry ingredients in an iron skillet. Beat egg yolks. Add eggs and milk to dry mixture. Cook over medium to low heat, stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla. Pour in pie crust and top with meringue. To make the meringue, use the 3 egg whites, a pinch of salt, 6 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Bake in oven at 300 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes.
