CRAZY CRUST APPLE PIE 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. shortening
3/4 c. water
1 (1 lb. 5 oz.) can apple pie filling
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. apple spice pie

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, egg, shortening and water. Blend well, beating 2 minutes at medium speed on electric mixer. Pour batter into a 9 inch pie pan.

Combine pie filling, lemon juice and spice; pour into center of batter in pie pan. Do Not Stir! Bake in 425 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.
