CRAZY CRUST APPLE PIE 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. shortening
1 lg. can apples

FILLING:

1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. apple pie spice

In small bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, egg, shortening and water. Blend well. Pour into a 9-inch pie pan. Combine filling with lemon and spice. Pour into center. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 425 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
