MEAT LOVERS QUICHE (AND CRAZY
EASY!)
 
This makes a delicious dinner fresh out of the oven or even cold for a quick breakfast the next morning.

2 deep dish pie crusts
1 pkg. breakfast sausage
1 pkg. pre-cooked microwaveable bacon
1 pkg. pre-diced salad ham
8 eggs
16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Poke holes in bottom of pie crust with fork and bake in oven for 10 minutes.

While the crust is pre-baking, fry breakfast sausage and drain. Lightly mix together all the meat in a bowl (a trick I use is to cut up the bacon with kitchen scissors directly into the bowl; remember the bacon and ham are already pre-cooked!)

Whisk eggs. Dump the meat mixture into the pie crusts distributed between them as evenly as possible. VERY GENTLY pour the eggs over each pie; they have a tendency to escape and pour right over the edge of the pie shell. Top each quiche with the shredded cheddar leaving no filling exposed.

Bake for 1 hour at 350°F; start checking how the cheese is looking about 5 minutes before the hour is up and you may need to bake it an additional 10 minutes (depending upon your location's altitude).

Let rest approximately 10 minutes. Slice it up and enjoy!
