Thank you so much for this recipe. The whole family loved it, and was told that it was better than delivery pizza :)

Good recipe. Great when you're out of yeast. Make sure you get the dough really thin before baking because it puffed up very thick.

This recipe was a pleasant surprise. Based on the reviews, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I added oregano and bread dipping spices to the dough and spread an olive oil based garlic spread on the dough and baked it prior to applying toppings. I used a square pizza pan that has holes in it that gets the crust nice and crispy. I rolled the dough as this as I could and it turned out nicely. I will definitely add this to my arsenal. Prep time of dough was fantastic and will be one of those quick meals during the week.

I'm babysitting 3 bubbly little girls. Needed a fun lunch... Well this was it!! I added about 5 tbsp more water, an extra spoon of olive oil, Greek, Italian and oregano seasoning and it was amazingly good!! Super dense yes, but so good!! I baked it for about 5 min then took it out, let it cool and then let the girls add their toppings. I will be using this recipe again! Yeast free... A much healthier alternarive!

This recipe worked well for not having yeast in the house. I did substitute just 1/2 c wheat flour for part of the flour. I ended up using the whole cup of water and perhaps a tsp more olive oil. I baked the crust for five minutes prior to adding my toppings. It was tasty. Thanks!

I was bummed! Used EVOO, garlic, herbs and baking powder & baked on a pizza stone. It was incredibly bland, bready, not crunchy at all.

Eh! It worked in a pinch I'll give it that. The kids liked it and they had fun putting it together. Recipe was enough for two pies. Cooked these out on the grill with a pizza stone...the first one I cooked at 425 for about 3mins, flipped cooked 3 mins more and brought it back inside to top it off with sauce, cheese and peperoni, cooked it maybe 8 minutes more. Kind of doughy to me, again the kids were raving so that counts for something. The second pie I jacked the heat up to 500 cooked 5 mins each side then brushed the edges with olive oil and sprinkled with garlic powder. Added sauce, cheese and peperoni and cooked for maybe 13 minutes. It was much better. Crust had a little texture to it and the garlic powder kicked it up a bit. I guess it's all what kind of taste you have.

Great no yeast dough! Brushed the crust with a little olive oil, kosher salt, minced garlic and black pepper. The thinner the better, thanks for the recipe!!!!

This worked just fine for an impulsive late-night pizza with no yeast on hand... I think the criticisms are too extreme; I was able to roll the dough out thin enough to be crispy, and it is better than it should be for the very basic ingredients it contains.

I made it with baking soda and the prep was super easy. It did however taste exactly like a pretzel. My boyfriend and I called it the pretzel pizza. It would probably be really good with baking powder. I did pre-bake it for about five minutes and would recommend doing that.
