SPAGHETTI PIE 
1/2 lb. spaghetti
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar sauce
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. sour cream
4 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti and drain. At same time, cook ground beef and drain fat. Add sauce to ground beef and let simmer. In large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, eggs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic salt. Toss lightly. Grease a 10 inch deep pie plate or square baking pan with butter. Press the spaghetti mixture in bottom and up the sides of the plate or pan to form a crust. Spread sour cream over crust. Pour meat and sauce mixture on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
