NEVER FAIL BROWNIES 
2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa, rounded
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 dash salt
2 tsp. vanilla
Nuts (opt.)

Mix sugar, cocoa and eggs. Add butter and mix well. Add flour, salt and vanilla. Pour into greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees. Do not overbake.

ICING:

1/4 c. cocoa
1 stick butter
1/3 c. milk
Powdered sugar to thicken

Heat first 3 ingredients until melted. Add powdered sugar. Beat well, then cool. Spread on brownies, then cut.
