MIKE'S STEAK RECIPE 
1 (8 oz.) steak
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. black pepper
Salt to taste (opt.)

Take steak and wok 1/2 teaspoon each of garlic powder, oregano and black pepper into one side of meat. Spread 1 tablespoon olive oil evenly onto meat. Turn over meat and repeat the process. Wrap steak in plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator overnight. The next day, cook on charcoal grill to desired doneness.
