BROIL STEAK DOGS 
1 1/2 lbs. sirloin tip steak, sliced in 5 inch strips about 1x1
Meat tenderizer
Thin sliced bacon

Slice sirloin tip steak in pieces about 1x1 inch and 5 inches long. Sprinkle with tenderizer and wrap with a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick. Any smaller steak pieces can be skewered and wrapped with bacon. Place under broiler and roast or broil; bake. Broil on both sides until bacon is crisp. Serve in a wiener bun.
