KOREAN BROILED STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. flank steak
3 tbsp. sesame seeds
3 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. finely sliced onion
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. brown sugar

Remove tendon and trim steak. Pound and score meat. Combine all ingredients and marinate steak 6 to 8 hours. Place steak on grill and broil 4 minutes, turn and broil 4 minutes longer. Serves 4 to 6.
