1 lg. clove garlic, crushed
2 (3 oz.) pkg. Roquefort cheese, crumbled
4 tbsp. softened butter
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce

Makes 1 1/2 cups spread. Cream all ingredients. BBQ or grill the steak of your choice to desired doneness. Several minutes before steak comes off grill, top with spread. It will melt and cover 1 side of steak. Yum.
