TENDER PORK CUTLETS 
Pork cutlets
Flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Flour and brown pork cutlets in a frying pan. Put a small amount of butter in a baking dish and put the cutlets in the baking dish. Pour cream of mushroom soup over the cutlets and add 1 can of water. Cover and bake at 325 or 350 degrees for 1/2 to 3/4 hour or until the cutlets cut easy with a fork.

I add some onions, thinly sliced or cubed on top of the cutlet. Then just spread the mushroom soup over it all. I also often cook baked potatoes at the same time. First bake the potatoes for a half hour. Can do this while browning the meat. Then just add your pan of cutlets to the same oven. When the cutlets are COOKING, your baked potatoes will be FINISHING... and all will be done at the same time!

Fried mine the baked them on 350°F for 55 min with half inch of BudLight. Some onion then covered...
