SAUCY BAKED PORK CUTLETS 
6 pork cutlets or pork steaks
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
3 tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, sliced

Flour and brown pork cutlets or steaks in a little hot fat; season with salt and pepper. Place in baking dish.

Combine soup, catsup, sauce and empty soup can half filled with water. Pour over meat. Top with onion, sliced thin. Cover with lid or foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. Potatoes and carrots may be baked along side the cutlets, if desired.

Pretty tasty and quick! This time I used Cream of Mushroom soup and white onions. Next time I think I will use Cream of Chicken and yellow onions and see if there is a big difference. Thanks for the recipe!
