STEAK MARINADE 
1 c. soy sauce
2 onions, coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic, halved
1/4 c. bottled gravy coloring (Kitchen Bouquet or Gravy Master)
2 tsp. Spice Islands Beaumond Seasoning or 1 tsp. monosodium glutamate and 1 tsp. seasoned salt

Combine soy sauce, onion and garlic in container of electric blender. Cover. Process at high speed for 1 minute or until mixture is very smooth. Stir in gravy coloring and beaumonde seasoning.

Marinate in shallow glass baking dish at room temperature or wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
