STEAK AU POIVRE 
1/4 tsp. ground celery
2 ribeye steaks
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. granulated garlic
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. oregano
3 tbsp. coarse black pepper

Mix the garlic, cayenne, oregano, paprika, onion and celery in a bowl and sprinkle on all sides of the meat. Work the mix in with your fingers. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle the meat on both sides with the pepper.

Wrap meat in plastic wrap. Place between two cutting boards for 5 minutes. Broil close to flame until done.
