MOCK BOURSIN AU POIVRE 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 clove garlic, crushed (2-3 if you like garlic)
1 tsp. caraway seed
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. chopped chives, dehydrated
Lemon pepper (Spice Island mixed pepper and Mrs. Dash combined)

Blend cream cheese with garlic, caraway, basil, dill weed and chives. Pat into round flat shape. Roll generously on all sides in lemon pepper. Make a few days ahead.
