CORNBREAD SALAD | |
1 pkg. Morrison cornbread mix (used Mexican), cook and crumble 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 bell pepper, chopped 1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing) 5 slices crisp bacon, crumbled Mix and refrigerate overnight. Tomatoes can be added or 1 or 2 tablespoons picante sauce. If mixture seems to dry, add more mayonnaise. |
