2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped cucumber
1 red tomato, seeded
1/4 c. pickle relish
2 to 3 tbsp. salad dressing
6 strips cooked bacon

Cook cornbread. Crumble into a bowl. Mix all other ingredients and refrigerate.
