CORNBREAD SALAD 
1 pan (8 x 8 inch) cornbread, (crumbled)
8 green onions with tops, chopped
8 radishes, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
2 tomatoes, cut in small pieces
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup cucumber salad dressing*
2 tsp. prepared mustard

Mix mayonnaise, salad dressing and mustard together. Pour over cornbread and vegetables and mix together. Add sugar if desired.

*Instead of cucumber salad dressing you can use sour cream or Ranch dressing.
