FROZEN LAYER DESSERT 
1ST LAYER:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix together and press into 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 c. Cool Whip (lg. container)
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.

Beat above until light and spread carefully over crust.

3RD LAYER:

2 pkgs. instant pudding (chocolate, lemon or pistachio)
3 c. milk

Beat well and spread over cheese layer.

4TH LAYER:

Spread remaining Cool whip over pudding, sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
