WATERGATE DESSERT 
FIRST LAYER:

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. all-purpose flour

Mix and press into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake 10 minutes at 350°F. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Mix together and spread on top of cooled crust.

THIRD LAYER:

2 sm. pkg. pistachio pudding mix
2 1/2 c. cold milk
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix and pour over second layer. Top with Cool Whip. Garnish with nuts.
