LAYERED DESSERT | |
1 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 sticks butter 2/3 c. chopped pecans (fine) 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 lg. carton Cool Whip 3 sm. pkgs. instant pudding mix (chocolate, coconut cream, banana, butterscotch, pistachio, lemon, etc.) 4 1/4 c. milk Mix first 3 ingredients and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Beat until smooth the cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 carton of Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Combine pudding and milk and mix until thick. Smooth over cream cheese. Frost with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate. |
