STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE 
CAKE:

3 c. Bisquick mix
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk or water
4 tbsp. shortening
2 tsp. vanilla

CRUMBS:

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. butter, melted

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 or 2 tbsp. water

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Blend crumb mixture in one bowl and cake mixture in another. Beat cake mixture on low for 1 minute and on medium for 4 minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl often. Pour half of the batter mixture into pan. Sprinkle half of the crumb mixture on top. Add remaining batter and sprinkle the balance of the crumb mixture on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool and glaze.
