STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream, vanilla and dry ingredients. Spread a small amount of dough on bottom of greased and floured 9 inch tube pan or 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with streusel. Add 1/3 dough, sprinkle with streusel, repeating using dough and streusel ending with streusel on the top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Turn cake upside down when done and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. flour
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg

Mix ingredients. Spread streusel through coffee cake dough.
