GERMAN STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter, melted
2/3 c. hot milk

Beat together melted butter and hot milk. Place ingredients in mixing bowl in order given. Beat at speed #3 for 3 minutes. Spread in greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with topping. Let rise in warm place for 30 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

GLAZE:

1 tbsp. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1-2 tbsp. milk

Glaze is optional.
