PEANUT BUTTER PIE (NO-BAKE) | |
1 prepared cookie crust (I use Oreo) 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter (or to your taste) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 cup milk 1 cup confectioners' sugar 1/2 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed coconut flakes, for sprinkling (Baker's) Hershey's chocolate syrup (optional) sprinkles or jimmies (optional) In a mixing bowl cream together peanut butter, cream cheese, milk and confectioners' sugar. Put the mixture into the prepared cookie crust. Spread 1/2 of the tub of Cool Whip over top. Sprinkle coconut flakes. For decoration, zig-zag chocolate syrup over top (if desired) and add sprinkles to your liking. Enjoy! Submitted by: Sandy Smith |
