QUICK AND EASY PORK CHOPS AND
SAUERKRAUT
 
6 lean pork chops
1 can (or pkg.) sauerkraut
4-5 sm. to med. red potatoes

Brown pork chops in skillet. Do not remove - spread sauerkraut over chops. Do not drain sauerkraut. Scrub potatoes, quarter, leaving skins on. Add to chops and sauerkraut. Cover. Simmer until chops and potatoes are cooked through. Serve with applesauce.
