BAKED PORK CHOPS AND SAUERKRAUT 
1 c. sauerkraut
4 thick cut pork chops
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Place sauerkraut in bottom of casserole dish; top with pork chops; season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake for 20 minutes more or until pork chops are brown. Serves 4.
