CHOCOLATE COVERED PEANUT BUTTER
BALLS
 
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 box 10x sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) jar smooth peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/3 cake paraffin

Melt butter and stir in graham cracker crumbs, sugar and vanilla. Add peanut butter and mix well. Roll in balls and refrigerate several hours.

Melt chocolate and paraffin slowly in the top of a double boiler. dip balls in warm chocolate and place on waxed paper to cool. Store in a cool place; can be frozen. Makes 3 dozen balls.
