MELINDA'S EASY PUMPKIN CUSTARD
PIE
 
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar (I use 1/2 brown, 1/2 white)
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 cup pumpkin
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups milk
1 unbaked pie shell (I line a pie pan with Pillsbury)

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix all ingredients with mixer. Pour into uncooked pie shell.

Bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
