BAKED PORK CHOPS AND SAUERKRAUT
SUPPER
 
6-8 pork chops
1 lg. can sauerkraut
Garlic powder

Braise pork chops until brown. Sprinkle with garlic powder on both sides. Put sauerkraut, juice and all, in oblong baking pan. Place pork chops on top and cover with foil. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1-1 1/2 hours.
