LOBSTER CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can frozen lobster
1 lg. can whole mushrooms, sauteed
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
Salt and pepper

Make sauce of butter, flour, milk, and seasonings, using low heat. Cool. Cut thawed lobster into bite size pieces and add to sauce. Add drained mushrooms. Put in casserole and just before heating in a moderate oven, top with bread crumbs; dot with butter. Serve on toast, crackers, or patty shells. Serves 4. This is a tasty luncheon or late supper dish and improves in flavor if made well in advance, refrigerated, and then heated up.
