LOBSTER CASSEROLE | |
1/2 lb. lobster chunks 2 cans mushroom soup 1 c. grated sharp cheese 3/4 c. bread crumbs 2 tbsp. butter Place lobster and mushroom soup in 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle grated cheese, then bread crumbs over top. Dot with butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with tossed salad and French bread. |
