1 lg. bag Oreo's, crushed

1/2 stick butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
8 oz. cream cheese

2 pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip

In flowerpot put bottom layer of cookies - then pudding mixture - the cookies; continue until pot is full - end with topping of crushed Oreo's. Place flowers in center.
