LOW-CAL NO-CHOLESTEROL QUICHE 
1 carton egg beaters
1 sm. carton non-fat cottage cheese
1 carton non-fat sour cream (or low fat)
1/2 c. Bisquick
Asparagus, broccoli or other veggies
Sliced fresh mushrooms
Ham cubes or Sea Legs

Spray large deep pie plate with Pam. Arrange vegetables in bottom. Put remaining ingredients in blender for a few seconds until blended. Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle with Romano or Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cut in wedges to serve.
