1 lb. bacon
2 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded mozzarella
1 (6 oz.) jar horseradish
Some mayonnaise

Cook and crumble 1 pound bacon. Add 16 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese. Add 6 ounces of horseradish. Mix with just enough mayonnaise to hold together. Put in buttered casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until brown at edges.
