IMPOSSIBLE HAM AND SWISS PIE | |
2 Cups cut-up fully cooked, smoked ham 1 cup shredded natural swiss cheese 1/3 cup chopped onions 4 eggs 2 Cups milk 1 cup Bisquick baking mix 1/4 tsp. salt, if desired 1/8 tsp. pepper Heat oven to 400. Grease pie plate, 10 X 1 1/2. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth 15 second in blender on high. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes our clean. 35-40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and serve. |
