IMPOSSIBLE HAM 'N SWISS PIE 
2 c. cut-up fully cooked smoked ham
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
1/3 c. chopped green onions or chopped onion
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 tsp. salt, if desired
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. 6 servings.

High altitude directions (3500 to 6500 feet) : Bake about 45 minutes.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Grease microwavable pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Prepare as directed except -- sprinkle top with paprika before microwaving. Microwave on medium-high (70%), rotating plate 1/4 turn every 8 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 24 to 28 minutes (center will be slightly soft). Cover with waxed paper; let stand on flat, heatproof surface 10 minutes (do not let stand on wire rack). Sprinkle with additional paprika if desired.

High altitude microwave directions (3500 to 6500 feet) : Decrease baking mix to 3/4 cup. Microwave on inverted microwavable dinner plate as directed, 20 to 25 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
