IMPOSSIBLE HAM & SWISS PIE 
In a large pie plate or 8"x8"x2" pan; cut up ham, Swiss cheese and onions. Place in pan and cover with topping.

TOPPING:

1 c. Bisquick
About 2 c. milk
2 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine these ingredients and blend well. Pour over ham and Swiss and onion mixture. Bake until done at 350 degrees. Some people like this hot and others cold. Either way, it's quick and easy!
