BAKED ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 jar artichokes, not in oil
1 c. mayonnaise
10 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Drain hearts on paper towel. Mince. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly, but not browned.
