ARTICHOKE CHEESE DIP 
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, chopped
2 (4 oz. ea.) cans diced green chiles
Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In mixing bowl, mix together mayonnaise, jack cheese, artichoke hearts and green chiles. Spread in 8x8-inch glass baking pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Serve with baked tortilla chips or tortilla chips.
