2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 onion, chopped
2 handfuls of your favorite shredded cheese
2 sandwich baggies full of your favorite croutons (smash them once they are in the bag)
dash of salt and pepper
1 cup ketchup (Hunts)
1/4 cup prepared mustard

Preheat oven at 350°F.

Combine all ingredients (except ketchup and mustard) in a large bowl, mix by hand until all ingredients are mixed well.

In a separate small bowl mix together ketchup and mustard. Pack mixture into a bread/loaf pan and coat the top of it with the ketchup/mustard mix. Put foil on top of the pan (to keep the moisture in), and place in oven.

Bake at 350°F for about an hour.
