BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen broccoli
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded cheddar
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. can Carnation milk
1 can onion rings (opt.)
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook broccoli 4 minutes and drain. Place in 2 quart greased casserole dish. Pour soup, milk and cheese mixture on top of broccoli. Stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top onion rings and bake 5 more minutes.
