BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli OR
1 fresh bunch cut into 1-inch cubes
1 can cream chicken soup
2 tsp. milk, broth, or cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
6 slices American cheese
1/2 c. buttered crumbs

If using fresh broccoli, cook 5 minutes.

Place broccoli in greased casserole dish. Mix together soup, milk, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Pour mix over broccoli. Cover with cheese. Top with buttered crumbs.
