CHEESE AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, diced
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella
1 bag frozen broccoli pieces
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
Butter
Croutons

Cook broccoli until tender. Spread evenly in large, deep baking dish. In a separate bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, onion, egg and 3/4 cup cheese. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese evenly over top. Place small pats of butter about 1-2 inches apart. Sprinkle with croutons. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and top is lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
