KATE'S ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. ground squash
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts

Beat together the first 3 ingredients. Add squash and vanilla. Sift together the next 5 ingredients and add. Add nuts. Bake in two loaf pans at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
