BAKED CARAMEL CORN 
6 qts. popped popcorn
1 1/2 c. peanuts (optional)
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. dark Karo syrup
1/4 c. molasses
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. vanilla

Add karo syrup, molasses, brown sugar and salt to melted butter. Boil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour over popped popcorn and stir through. Spread on cookie sheet or roasting pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. When cool, remove from pan and break apart and store in airtight container.
