SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 cups butter
2 eggs
1 cup milk
3/4 cup ground nuts
1/2 cup brown sugar

Blend sweet potatoes, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, 3/4 cup butter, eggs and milk.

Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, melt 3/4 cup butter, add nuts and brown sugar.

Combine and sprinkle on top of casserole.

Bake for another 10 minutes at 400°F.
